If the VP+Cabinet sends a letter to Congress saying the President is unfit for the job, and then the President sends a letter to Congress that says _No, I’m not!_, Congress must assemble and vote on the matter, which requires two-thirds majority to go forward with the deposal. Which is still only a temporary thing. ---
