Based on the number of posts about Trump, vs Harris, I’d generally say that he succeeded in his mission. ---

Yeah, those arms and that trunk look like they belong to someone who bench presses 4 or 5 hundred pounds. The face, OTOH, looks like it eats 4 or 5 hundred Big Macs annually. ---

Nothing to add but I live in Collin County Texas and just voted. 100% democrat on this one. If only a republican was running, I left that option blank. Felt good to flip my middle fingers at Trump and Ted Cruz. ---

Yeah, agreeing for the most part. The only mild disagreement is the idea that it would even cross his mind to have done this sort of thing before at any point in some attempt to appeal to normal people. It’s amazing that at nearly 80 years of age, you can still goad him into doing things by saying, “Well, so-and-so did this - what about you?” and he’ll immediately proclaim say nobody in the history of the world has ever done whatever it is better than he has and challenge people to meaningless contests. His development wasn’t just arrested. It got dragged in front of a firing squad. ---

Anecdote, my brother in law who grew up in a very patriarchal household where the male members of the family were not expected to do any form of food preparation, only discovered at adulthood that you don’t butter the bread before you put it in the toaster. ---

Funny enough I do! Though I have a toaster oven, not a pop-up toaster. I butter it before toasting so as it toasts the butter melts into the bread. Best-tasting toast you’ll ever have. Also makes great simple garlic bread as a side for pasta if you sprinkle the garlic bread seasoning on it as well. Sure yes for a toaster oven, or air fryer where the breakd can lie flat and you aren’t worried about drips, but this was a vertical two slice toaster, where the melted butter landed right on the heating element. Of course as a girl, cleaning up after this disaster was my (teenager at the time) wife’s job. ---
