Remember, he’s already been shot at once; and a little while after that, a shooter was foiled before he could pull the trigger. Outdoors, they can surround him with as many Secret Service people and bulletproof glass as they like, but it’s a safe bet that if somebody among the crowds in the Mall or elsewhere really wants to, they’ll find a way to take a shot. That will be much more difficult inside the Capitol. If outdoor security is the reason, I wonder how this will affect his outdoor rallies, which he will undoubtedly have, and all his golfing. ---
