I like where he is going to sequester the three so it is harder for them to coordinate their stories. One hopes they are clever enough to try to line things up before they start, but they won’t know exactly what the judge is going to ask. ---

I took my first training trip for the company I worked for in the late 1970s, and just before I left HR gave me a copy of an article on how to say safe on the road. Most of it was horror stories about “Rolex rollers” who would target men in bars who wore expensive watches — an indication of how long ago it was — but it mentioned in passing that during Democratic conventions the local hookers would go on vacation, while during Republican (and evangelical) conventions they’d descend from all points of the compass. The impression was that Democrats convened to get things done, while the others were more interested in raising hell.
