This is some bitter karma. Setting aside the idiocy of believing anything Trump said in 2024, the GOP have been openly gunning for the LGBTQ+ community since forever. She may not have voted for the murder of her daughter but she certainly voted for her persecution. ---

Not that I’d expect it to happen\* but I really hope whatever journalists get hired for Trump TV also refuse to cover him out of solidarity. \*I wouldn’t have expected Fox News to walk out either, but here we are. And, regarding Fox News walking out, I’m curious if they’re doing it out of some sort of journalistic integrity or because someone realized that if Trump is allowed to pick and choose who can be there, a future (or even current, I suppose) president might toss them out some day. ---

I think self-interest is part of it for all media outlets refusing to cover the White House. Fox in particular should know by now Trump is not their friend.
