I’ve mentioned this before. Over on the RWNJ comments, they really do believe the exporting nation pays them. There’s this weird argument that they (ie, China) have to devalue their currency to cover the cost of the tariffs, so in the end they are paying for them. ---

Not sure if this is right place to put this, as it might deserve its own thread. Anders Vistisen is a 37-year-old Danish politician who is a member of the European Parliament. At a meeting in France yesterday, Vistisen had these words for Trump: “Dear President Trump, listen very carefully. Greenland has been part of the Danish kingdom for 800 years. It is an integrated part of our country. It is not for sale. Let me put it in words you might understand, Mr. Trump: Fuck off.” We need about a billion more people saying the same thing.
