An army of taco trucks should park in front of the White House and Mar-A-Lago. [Trump Always Chickens Out](https://thehill.com/homenews/media/5324679-drudge-mocks-trump-with-taco-page/) has become a new meme among those charged with following the tariff turmoil. The orange one is not pleased, boo hoo. Speaking of that, a three-panel judge of the US Court of International Trade, which I did not know was even a thing, has struck down, nay, [stomped down](https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5323730-court-rules-against-trump-tariffs/), Trump’s tariffs as unquestionably unconstitutional. Turns out he can’t just cry “emergency” and do whatever he wants. And Congress cannot just let him. Flying ketchup, uh salsa, alert!! ---

Things are just going swell on the trade and tariff front. Stability related to costs and regulatory requirements is fine… if we are measuring in the nanosecond range. Lawyers will remember this time as The Golden Years. ---

Okay, let’s pretend you did that. Then how his this person, a so-called special employee, running it instead of the person who was actually confirmed to be in charge of the agency?
