I know Trump and almost everybody associated with him are either victims of or perpetrators of a crime, so why should Dr. Phil be any different? There’s an oped in the WaPo from the CEO of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundary titled “My workers voted for Trump. Now they’re absorbing the impact.” (I’d give a link, but even though my cancelled subscription runs through the end of October, it doesn’t give me the option to get a gift link anymore.) Anyway, the majority of the workers at this plant voted for T and now they’re hurting. The company buys imported raw aluminum (It’s not made in the US anymore) and processes it for specific parts. Because of the tariff on Al, they’ve had to raise their prices, orders then dropped 35-40 %, and they’ve had to layoff workers. More layoffs are expected in the future. ---
