I get these spams sometimes. The ones which cause the greatest amusement are the ones which promise that the woman will finally be satisfied if the man’s penis is enlarged. I always want to reply: “Buddy, if your woman is complaining that you’re a lousy lay, it’s not the size of your penis that’s the problem.” Just another example of our “Take a pill and the problems vanish!” fantasies. ---

When I first got on the internet back in 2000, I visited a few free “porn” sites. The result appears to be a lot of spam in my e-mail suggesting I could get my penis enlarged. Several years ago I changed my ISP and never visited a porn site since and I’ve had not one bit of spam in that regard. ---

And if there _was_ a pill that could enlarge your penis, do you think that the company that made it would _need_ to advertise? Guys would be running down the street, with their newly enlarged member flung over their shoulder screaming at the top of their lungs that the stuff worked. ---

When I went on my current birth control pill prescription, I went up a cup size. That’s not that uncommon. Any pill that would make you gain weight might also enlarge breasts- they do go up and down in size as you gain or lose weight. (Why is a gay man asking about breast enlargement, anyway?)
