We’re eating leftovers tonight. I can’t stomach the thought of throwing out the food.

Since we had a large late lunch, supper was just sorta grab. \*\*FCD \*\*and daughter made PB&J, I had an orange and some heavenly hash ice cream. And a toasted almond. I’m all toasty now.
Last time I took the doggies out, it was 22°F. And they’re talking about more snow next weekend. I am not amused. I called work to find out if we’re going to have a delayed opening or anything. I get the update for Jan 12. I will call in the morning before I leave, just in case. Daughter got the word that her school is closed tomorrow, so she’s all happy.
My knitting is moving right along. I could possibly have that afghan done this week. That would be nice - I’m bored with it already. The next one I make will be on bigger needles so it’ll go faster.
Thus endeth my weekend. Who’s got tomorrow’s start? Or will we all be surprised?

Wow. I just looked up an old friend on facebook and he looks awesome. He must have lost 50 pounds! I sent him a friend request, but I don’t know if he’ll add me or not. He used to be the much better half of a married couple and I used to be friends with the _evil person_ that was his wife. It’s funny how times change, huh?

**swampus** , the issue was the quantity of truffles, not the quality. That said, I’ll smack The Boy upside the head if he buys me chocolates for Valentine’s this year. 😛
Much fun was had watching the Grammys and posting sarcastic comments on Twitter. Actually, I think the most enjoyable part of the night was the catty remarks… the show itself was pretty horrendous.
