I’m on facebook, but I try to studiously ignore it most of the time. I spend enough time on message boards and blogs. So if I’m ignoring you, it’s not because I don’t like you, it’s just that I only log in every two weeks or less.
Baby seems to have calmed down, although I still get contractions if I move much. Trying to decide if bringing on pre-labour contractions is a bad thing, and I should try really hard to lie down a lot, or just ignore them and soldier on. My secondary midwife, while a lovely woman, is hard to get a straight answer from, so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be doing. Sigh.

I know Harp is Irish. I asked mine Scots host about that (he usually gets Tenents–spelling?), but Tenent’s is unavailable this year from the specialty shop he goes to to stock up on blood pudding and haggis etc for this party.
I like Tenent’s too. Guess I’m a mild lager girl.
Again, I read and had immediate brain drain. Off to bed soon.

I’ve never killed a serial - but I have killed off my share of cereals
one of the big eyeglass chains (probably Pearle) was advertising how diverse their collection of frames were - to me they all looked exactly alike: small rectangles with thick temples.

Well, I think it’s about time for bed. I was waiting up for awhile so that my hair would dry after I got out of the shower. But I’m sleeeeeepy.

Day Three of mourning. Day One of vicious head cold resulting in blocked nose, sore throat, enlarged tender gland on right jawline and dubious eustachian tubes affecting hearing. All in all, a great day so far, especially when combined with a rambunctious toddler who has a nasty chesty cough but refuses (to the point of vomiting) to take any medicine; our only remaining options involve fighting over a nebuliser and resorting to something close to sodomy in order to insert a suppository. Yay! It’s omelet day! Down in the food court, they make omelets to order, so I got one and a cappuccino-chocolate muffin that was still warm from the oven.
Dinner will be pot roast. It’s crock-potting away right now, so we’ll have a nice dinner when BIL brings his computer back for help - now it won’t open email. Windows…ugh.
I want a vacation! We were supposed to be going on a cruise to Aruba in a couple of weeks, but had to scratch that due to financial issues. Of course, we had to be responsible adults and not pre-pay the trip on credit cards, then blow it all off with the Chapter 7. Drat.

Good morning all - this is my second try at a post this morning. I accidentally erased the first one by hitting that windows key (I think). At any rate, I’m up and caffeinated, mostly.
{{{{{{{ **Puggy** }}}}}}} and {{{{{{{{ **LiLi** }}}}}}}}}}} - thinking sticky thoughts for **LiLi** and good job finding ones for **Puggy**!
We had crockpot pot roast last night, **Gotti** and it was very good. 🙂 Chili is on the menu tonight - with cornbread.
Here’s to the fishies being good buddies - no cannibalism allowed! :eek: I have been having a senior moment morning so far today - the stack of retirement documents is starting to call my name. LOL Seriously, though, did I suddenly lose all my memory?!
