So, I’m wondering why is Trump pressing on the NRA button? They are already on board, what move is he expecting? The I saw The Sign! This one: $. Money. Rumors drifting around about how Trump’s campaign in kinda slim on the ready necessary. He’s “loaned” his campaign 30-something million dollars, money he was gonna claw back as soon as all the big campaign donations came rolling in. But they aren’t. RNC’s being coy of late. Can’t be a PAC, because a PAC is not the campaign, the PAC doesn’t owe him any money, because they are, like, totally not connected to the campaign. So, even if Sheldon Adelson is willing to spend $100 Godzillabucks to elect him, he can’t have any of it! His Precious! So, he has to have donors _directly_ to his campaign. Which are limited. So, now, he’s dropping to his knees to suck the gun. A really _big_ gun, huge! As befits a man of his caliber. He has to Bernie his way out! He needs an avalanche of small money donations, like the NRA can supply from its membership rolls. Donated to his _campaign_, which can pay him back! Big wads of bucks would have to go to a PAC, which doesn’t help that deep sense of Emptiness. Psst! Donald? Your Gross? Planned Parenthood has millions of members…wait, no, HRC got them pretty well locked down. Unions? When pigs fly. Ah, hell, don’t worry, its only a few million bucks! You’re rich, right? Right? ---
