Probably not. The vagina is generally not heavily innervated, the clitoral body, the part that contributes primarily to orgasm, is external to the vagina, and the alleged “g-spot” is most likely a nerve branch that is not embedded within the vaginal tissue.

Even if if becomes possible, it will promptly become illegal to do so. And rightly so, it would cause the end of the human race. Unless they make the hand capable of pregnancy.
