# A question about squirrels

I found a YouTube video showing how to dress a squirrel. Seems like a lot of trouble.

I did help a neighbour butcher rabbits once, but that was in the late-'70s or early-'80s and all I did was hold the hind legs while she did all of the work.

I have a customer who is a taxidermist…if you’d like I can ask him for some pointers for you.

Ah, so _that_ explains it! I’ve heard people say that squirrels were good eating, but when Mom used to cook them up for the cats, it stunk to high heavens. Apparently she just didn’t know to remove those glands.
