A couple of nights ago I had a sudden thought: If I was male, would I practice putting a condom on before I needed to use one for the first time? I figured I would, since it doesn’t seem like a good idea to not know how until…you’re really nervous. Anyway, do guys practice, or just wing-it? ---

It is highly adviseable to know how to put the thing on befor eyou have to use it. If ntohing else, you’ll be back to action that much faster, but you can also save embarassment when you try to put it on wrong. ---

These days in some schools the boys practice putting them on bananas. Most guys born before this new era probably wing it. ---

Try to put a condom on ‘backwards.’ That’s always good for a laugh. Some women have a very interesting “no-hands” way of putting a condom on a guy. Beyond that, I am a gentleman. 😉 –Nut ---

Well, I know that I certainly did. Half out of curiosity and half out of practice… I believe I was about 15 at the time. Although I am glad I did… (Nobody ever made me practice on a banana) 'topher ---

Yep, I practiced. Then when the time came I was sooo nervous I split the first two with my nails :o Ahhhh teenage years where so much fun. ---

Rolling on a condom with your mouth isn’t the best idea because it can increase breakage if it get snagged on the other person’s teeth. Also, make sure that it’s not on backwards. And pinch the air out of the tip. [sub]Geez, considering I’ve never put one on a guy…[/sub] ---

The gay group I went to gave out free condoms (in a great big basket! I love it!) so when I was 16 I took some of those puppies home and practiced. ---

I was never so much worried about how to put the damn things on so much as a “cool and sophisticated” way to take the damn things off… I have learned that it is patently impossible to look smooth and suave while trying not to spill a condom taking it off… and walking to the bathroom while keeping it on isn’t much better… _sigh_
