Maybe they could find a male with female-looking nipples, and they could use him as a body-double for close up shots where the nipples are in view. Then when people call to complain, they can tell them “No, those were really male nipples. Those are OK.” and the callers will all say “Oh, OK, thanks.”

No Spoilers-
When Salma Hayek appears, she reveals that she is not human. Lifting her skirt, she exposes a pubis that is smooth and featureless-no hair, no mons veneris, no labia, no orifice, no features of any kind.
Comedy Central cut the shot. They showed the view from behind, leaving the audience to conjecture exactly what Salma is displaying.
There's an earlier scene in which Metatron establishes that he is an angel and not a rapist by doing the same thing. Presumably, that was cut as well but I tuned in late.At some topless car washes, the girls use their breasts to wash your car. That’s dedication, that is.
Sorry, DocCathode, and not to defend censor-hair-splitting, but… I just checked my DVD copy of Dogma. In the Alan Rickman/Linda Fiorentino scene, Rickman displays, announcing “I’m as anatomically impaired as a Ken doll.” There’s a camera shot of his (its?) lack of anatomy.
In the later bar scene, Salma Hayek lifts skirt facing Fiorentino and says “I lack definition.” She is viewed from the side/rear, leaving all to our imagination.

One of those Discovery shows on Las Vegas had a guy who made a big bet that he would get breast implants for a year. He flashed, and they blurred.

There once was an ordinance passed in an Ohio city (Cleveland or Cincinnati) that banned the display of nipples in public. This was directed mainly at female strip clubs or topless bars. It was interesting when a male body building contest came to town and they had to cover the men’s nipples with flesh color tape lest they run the risk of being raided. :smack:
So how come nipples seen through a thin shirt (think Kim in 24 in the Mountain Man shelter, or Rachel in Friends at any time) is okay?
TOTC contains bare female breasts and full frontal and rear male nudity. My PBS affiliate pixilated the breasts but left the male nudity unblemished.
