I’ve been reading “The Elegant Universe” by Brian Greene, and a few times in the book, he mentions submitting his papers to ‘the electronic archive’. I did a few google searches and didn’t turn anything up. Does anyone know if this is a public web site? If so, do you know the URL? It’d be interesting to read papers as they’re submitted and pretend I know what I’m reading.
