Most people think most babies are cute.
I am white and I find babies with African ancestry the cutest, bar none. A black baby is much more likely to get a ‘squee’ from me than a white baby, many of whom are downright unfortunate looking. Even a baby who’s ugly is still ‘cute’ to me just because it’s a baby.
I spent my early life around many non-white people, and they all made a huge deal over my coloring (blue eyes, light blond hair).
Koreans love red hair - a lot of girls dye their hair to give it red highlights.
Any foreign babies will be cooed to death over here. Personally I think mixed babies are the cutest.
