Like so many others in this thread, I can only echo the sentiment that, if the feelings are there, then how long you wait to have sex is kinda irrelevant. I met my husband in a bar and about 8-10 hours later (after much talking and breakfast in a 24-hour restaurant), we were making the beast with two backs. That was nearly 9 years ago, and we will have been married for 3 years come September! 🙂 ---

Pretty much everyone seems to agree that it doesn’t really matter when you sleep together in regards to long term relationship status. Good to know. As we have date #4 coming up this Thursday I am reasonably sure he is sticking around for a bit. Now, onto more serious questions…how soon can you refer to him as your boyfriend without making his brain melt in a fit of panic? 😃 ---

Wait until you agree on “exclusiveness” and then wait a bit longer than that… Congrats on your relationship - that sunshine & lollipops phase can be a lot of fun. ---
