I like the idea in theory. But I hate the idea of Lazy Idiot Brother having state sanction to mooch off of people other than my father.

Nobody likes Lazy Idiot Brother. The question is, how many decent poor and middle class folks are we willing to fuck up to punish Lazy Idiot Brother?
