As Eddie Izzard would say, awesome in the dictionary sense of the word. I just got my first look at Saturn through my telescope back home and it looked like the emblem for the Sci-fi channel compared to that. Still, not bad for a £40 telescope, thanks Dad! 🙂 Edit: Slight hijack, a related article on CNN; AP: We ignored Paris Hilton, • Associated Press tried blackout on Paris Hilton news • Not much “news,” but no AP clients asked what was up, either • Reaction was mostly positive 😃 ---

Check out the [JPL Cassini Mission Home Page](http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/home/index.cfm). They have remarkable images of Saturn and its moons all over the place. One of my recent favorites is [this radar image](http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/multimedia/images/image-details.cfm?imageID=2502) of a lake on Titan. My current desktop background, in fact, is [this fantastic image](http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/multimedia/images/image-details.cfm?imageID=2420) of Titan and Saturn, although I rotated it left 90° first. ---

[/QUOTE] They have a much bigger version of the picture in the OP’s CNN story [here](http://saturn.jpl.nasa.gov/news/press-release-details.cfm?newsID=725), along with a cool little video of the view from Cassini as it orbits Saturn, showing the rings “flattening” during transit. ---

OK, so this is off the topic of the thread but too weird not to share.
