# A serious question for Sam Stone on Factual Errors

Just for the record, here’s a handful of Sam’s lies or otherwise false statements (there are many, many more):

Here he lies/misstates about something Biden said about the fatal accident of his family: [Does POTUS Biden believe that he's the smartest in the room? - #77 by Sam\_Stone](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/does-potus-biden-believe-that-hes-the-smartest-in-the-room/958330/77)

Post #78 demonstrates he lied/misstated about something Biden said about Iraq, and in post #82 Sam makes a very rare admission of a mistake he made about Biden’s academic record. Amusing to see so many false statements when Sam is trying to demonstrate that Biden is dishonest.

In this thread Sam repeats lies from the Comer GOP committee about the Bidens’ finances: ["House to start an impeachment inquiry into President Biden" - #178 by iiandyiiii](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/house-to-start-an-impeachment-inquiry-into-president-biden/989995/178)

Post 190 in that thread identifies some of the specific lies Sam spread – in particular a bizarre one about a nonexistent Biden granddaughter.

I don’t know if that’s dishonest or just unbelievable, pathetic credulousness, but it’s amusing nonetheless. Sam has never admitted how dumb he was for this one. He even promises to come back to the thread and say he was a big weenie if he’s shown to be wrong… and never does.
