Honestly, just an incredible moment for this site that Sam managed to utter these two statements within 3 hours of each other. Sam is widdle old innocent that has never actively looked for right wing content and it just keeps on gosh darn appearing in his feed where he has no choice but to consume and then actively spread it. At the same time, he’s consumed so much Richard Hanania content that it’s plausible to him that this would have been the source for his claim and, of course, Richard Hanania is a source of such impeccable acclaim [with](https://www.huffpost.com/entry/richard-hanania-white-supremacist-pseudonym-richard-hoste_n_64c93928e4b021e2f295e817) [definitely](https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2023/08/richard-hanania-racist-message.html) [no](https://www.insidehighered.com/news/faculty-issues/academic-freedom/2023/08/10/hananias-name-gone-ut-austin-center-after-expose) [issues](https://www.thedailybeast.com/why-clown-pundits-are-defending-a-racist-to-own-the-libs) that it would be absurd to think that he could be flat out a lying right wing grifter and maybe it would be worthwhile to double check any claims that he makes. The most tedious thing about this is, independent of Richard Hanania’s terrible right wing views, it’s also hard to convey just how tediously dumb Richard Hanania is and that, if you ever find yourself having consumed so much Richard Hanania content that _it’s plausible one of your claims could have come from him_, you should take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself what the fuck you’re doing with your life that this is what it’s become.
