I’m not sure about eating them, but they’re fun to microwave. Die peeps!

My dad used to enjoy them a lot. I, on the other hand, never really developed a taste. This past week, we had some Peeps in the spread of free Easter treats in the kitchen area at the office, and although I did briefly entertain the idea of having some, there were enough superior yummies out there that I ultimately didn’t bother. Of course, if they’re still there come Monday, who’s to say what I might be tempted to do?

Eh, they are marshmallows. They taste like sugar. Sugar tastes good.
Chocolate tastes better. There are lots of delicious holiday foods available around now. I almost never eat peeps. But i have, and I’d do it again if they were around and i was hungry.
I think they are better when they are a little stale.

Peeps are not a thing in my part of the world. At least I have ever seen them anywhere. My favourite Easter treats are chocolate marshmallow eggs, thus:

What’s this talk about what they taste like? They’re decorations, not food… Why would anyone eat them?
I do have a plush Peep on my desk at school (it’s cosplaying as a honeybee). The student leader gave them to all of her group members at a retreat I went on last year.
