When we bought our house several years ago, there was a wood pile out back that we never used – the wood looked a bit dodgy, so I planned on tossing it out some day rather than bring it inside for the fire. I was out trimming bushes today and I noticed this: [Testament to my laziness](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v186/minor7flat5/laziness.jpg) Yes. That’s a mulberry tree, 4-6" at the base, growing up and around the offending wood pile. It isn’t exactly a sapling. Well, there’s [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=382091). And the gouge down the side of my car that keeps getting rustier. Do I really need to fix it or should I just delay till I get a new car? :smack: There’s got to be more but I am too lazy to think of them right now. ---

GTA: Vice City has tv sets in the cribs where you can make your character play video games. After once spending an hour or so making my chracter play video games in the house instead of going outside and doing any missions or anything, it occurred to me that I had reached a meta-level of laziness. I had become such a slacker that even my video game character was sitting around the house playing video games all day. ---

If I am busy in the garage I will pee in an empty soda bottle or can instead of coming in the house and using the bathroom. ---

[/QUOTE] My brother used to do this in his dorm room, but in the dresser drawers. The only justification was that he was drunk or stoned out of his gourd most of the time. ---

I have been known at times, while watching TV to be so lazy I won’t change the channel when a show I’m watching is over. The remote is sitting next to me, but instead of going through the hassle of finding something else to watch, I’ll just lazily watch whatever’s coming on (often a show that holds no interest for me.)
