Can expired bannings be deleted? **John Stamos’ Left Ear** ’s name is the first thing you see when you hover, and the poor guy’s been out of ban-jail for months.

I believe the idea was to leave it there for easy reference for Mods & others. I will reverse the order though. Then if we add more we’ll put them first in the post.

I put some spacer lines in also.
