[/QUOTE] If I were a defense attorney, I might argue that the fact that she did not edit this entry even after being visited by homeland security demonstrates that she had indeed forgotten about it. That’s really the only thing that makes sense to me. Why would you edit a thing in response to a minor kerfluffle on a message board but not edit the same thing after being investigated by a governemnt agency for it? We need a journalist to look into this. ---

Guys, stop derailing this pitting. This is a pitting of tashabot complaining that homeland security investigated her because she posted on a public website that Hillary was lucky she didn’t have a gun. Pitting people who commiserated with poor widdle tashabot is acceptable, but please keep the focus on the thread in question. ---

Well, I’m a real journalist (or rather, a person with a bachelor’s degree in journalism) and I did a little digging. I couldn’t find the “LiveJournal Post In Question” but it became obvious pretty quick that tashabot has a sort of fixation with guns (see the URL of her homepage listed from her profile). One of her blogs (she has a lot of blogs/web sites), in the “about me” section says that (to paraphrase) women who “fall” for “shit” like the stuff Tori Amos sings about “should be shot” (last part not paraphrased). The also posts part of an IM conversation in which she declares she’s going to shoot Gwen Stefani for being a horrible musician. Put that stuff together with her Hillary comment and her obsession with video games - but also an effort she is putting together to have a campaign for “video games against violence” (she posted about that here) - it seems like she just uses phrases like “should be shot” and “I’m gonna shoot…” in the same sense that people use “gay” or “retarded” as an adjective. Do they really mean it? Most likely not…but it is a habit one should try to get out of. She uses the phrase too much and went a bit too far by using it towards an ex-first lady. I can definitely see how Homeland Security, doing a 10-minute perusal of her online self, might find her to be a bit of a goofball who needs to be met with. ---
