IANAL, so this is just armchairing: If Giuliani continues to defame them, it’s possible they will be able to get a court to issue an injunction against him doing so. His actions would demonstrate that financial penalties can no longer act as a deterrent, and therefore cannot make his victims whole, so a judge could justify a narrowly tailored order to make him stop his attacks on them. Violation of that injunction would be grounds for a contempt of court finding, and that could potentially lead to jail time. ---

Noticed that in his bankruptcy filing, Hunter Biden listed over $1,000,000 in unpaid taxes and fees. Seeing this, I couldn’t help but… … wait… what’s that… ? Oh, sorry. It’s Rudy Giuliani who has over a million bucks in late taxes and fees. Hunter, I’m being told, has paid his taxes and is current on his liabilities to the IRS. ---
