So he ignored the subpoena. Then he ignored the deadline to object to the subpoena. And then he ignored the hearing about compelling him to comply with the subpoena. At what point do they just kick his door in and start taking his stuff? ---

As i understand the situation in this case (hard to keep them all straight), he’s not a party and it’s a civil matter, so it’s not a case of taking his stuff. It’s about using court process to force him to attend. I imagine contempt powers come into play at some point, and possibly a warrant, but that depends entirely on NY civil process. I don’t know anything about that. ---

Judge confirms amount of the forensic accounting firm’s bill. Rudy’s already put $100,000 in escrow. Now has to pony up another $300,000.
