Apparently, the only lawyers worse than Trump’s lawyers are Trump’s lawyers’ lawyers.

I bet Trump’s Lawyer’s Lawyer doesn’t make it past Easter. Or is this just more than that 19-dimension hyper chess being played by Trump, He Who Is Most Blessed With a GMOAT? Good grief. If Trump wasn’t such a vile person, I might feel bad for him. But he is so I don’t.

So Mikey found out his good friend Don had sex with a porn star and his reaction was to pay her a visit with a non-disclosure contract and a six-figure check. You know, like any friend would do.

> If Mueller is pressuring witnesses to say “what he thinks happened”, then from his perspective he’s pressuring them to tell the truth. Anyone pressuring anyone else to tell the truth is pressuring them to say what he believes is the truth.
>
> This is SOP for prosecutors. There’s no prosecutor in the world who tells his target “I’ll offer you the exact same deal regardless of whether your testimony implicates other people who I think are guilty or doesn’t”. That would be silly.
>
> If you want to educate yourself about this matter you can read a couple of scholarly articles on the subject that I linked in an earlier post (or any number of other articles out there which are readily available - this is a known issue). If you’re unwilling or unable to do so then we’re done.

You said what you did about the life-altering consequences and the acclaim and what not as though it were somehow interesting or alarming.

But here you explain he’s just doing exactly what all prosecutors do, completely ethically and unremarkably.

Why would you have made such a boring statement in the first place, if it was indeed, this completely boring, obvious and inconsequential statement you were in fact making (as you now claim)?

Your behavior puzzles me 😉 Myself, I try to say interesting things that are significant to the conversation and will add to people’s knowledge. I thought that was how conversation worked!

When you have a reputation of neither listening to nor paying your attorneys, it isn’t surprising that you aren’t that attractive a client. Add to that the likelihood of getting your ass kicked in a high profile case, then you have to wonder how he even got the guys that he has.

Yes, and in their version if Bob says “Joe and I committed this crime me together, here’s how we did it” and Joe says, “not only did I not commit a crime, I’ve never met Bob”, there’s a 50-50 chance that Joe is lying and. 50-50 chance that Bob is lying. So if the investigator seems to believe Bobs version, he’s biased. Because people are just as likely to say they are guilty when they are innocent as the reverse.

And in their world, hearsay and circumstantial evidence must be ignored completely or else the investigation is biased. Even though that’s how most investigations start, investigators use that info to find the info that’s admissible in court. And any testimony that comes from anyone that’s ever uttered a negative word against the target should be ignored.

And investigators should “let the whole thing go” if someone can vouch for the target being a good person. But these investigators aren’t following ANY of those rules, so they are biased against the criminals and their work should be thrown out.
