It’s one count of making a false statement to the FBI, which would lead me to believe that there’s some wheeling and dealing going on. A guaranteed conviction of something, with the possibility of more to come if Flynn doesn’t cooperate. ---

Could acceptance of a pardon be a violation of the plea agreement, leading to other charges against Flynn or Flynn Jr. ? ---
