# A trip to the East Coast. Day trip ideas?

Nobody’s mentioned Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown, WV. They’re both less than 2 hrs drive from Baltimore or DC and are both great historical places and also have good food.

Sue Duhnym: I used to drive past Roadside America occasionally on business trips and always thought about stopping but never did. Now I don’t travel throgh that part of the state and so won’t have a chance any time soon. It’s supposed to be a great place and I feel dumb about not stopping.
