Christmas is coming up and soon there will be nativity scenes set up all across the world. The best of these may be found in the Catalonian region–these incorporate a Caganer. People love their Caganers. Playing _Find the Caganer_ seems to be popular with children. A Caganer is a nativity figure of a guy making poopy, taking a dump, dropping a log. Speaking of Catalonian logs, I have heard lately of something called a “poop log” which also seems to be a big hit at Christmas… Has Cecil (or anyone else here) ever covered the Caganer? The Poop Log? How on earth did these things become traditions, anyway? Tis the season. ---
