# A Very Old Barn on a 16 year old unused 50' Easement

I Was told the day of the offense by Major Bennett that the thing to do would be to come in and speak with either he or Captain Mike Marshall. This was the direction I got from the man in charge after I asked if I should go directly…at that moment to Magistrates Office to press charges against Jailer Christopher Nowlin.
…SO…I go in and waste my time speaking with Captain Marshall only for this all:o to get swept under the table. The next election…Captain…LYING Captain Mike Marshal was Elected Sheriff Mike Marshall. This was after he sat across from me in his office, looked me in the eye and lied. After me voicing my concern that Christopher Nowlin should Not be in any position of authority in a Jail after he had harassed an innocent neighbor, one he had never met!
Captain Marshall told me that day that he could ASSURE ME That Christopher Nowlin would NEVER become an officer in this county. I asked him how he could say that. He responded that he knew Chris Nowlin and that he didn’t have what it would take to pass the exam to be an officer.
…Okay Sheriff Marshall… what happened to your promise to me because as soon as you became Sheriff YOU PROMOTED THIS TYRANT TO STOKES COUNTY COURT BAILIFF?? Is this not a sworn officer?? Didn’t You Have to Swear Him In??

To make a LOOOOOONG Story short. When trespass charges were heard,I represented myself and both bogus charges were dropped. Letters came in just the day before court from the two Attorneys at LLPP (Thank God) . These told Tom Cheek, the dirty old man that he could not alter my 50’ Easement should he need to use it. After court, that huge pile of black pipe he had hauled in where he was fixin to tear down part of my barn and grade the entire 50’ out of spite disappeared. Guess the store took them back!

Also, the Wilkins’s are the ones who came thru woods in that deep snow in Feb in 2010 and poisoned three of my dogs, who were minding their own business in the lot, my Babies and two died. I had a previous restraining order on Jeri Wilkins for harassing phone calls and the tracks to my property when my dogs got poisoned came straight from their property. When the law came out, no investigation. Didn’t even go over and question them! This Sheriff’s Dept has a severe failure to serve and protect!

I do sympathize, they sound ghastly people. And I realise this seems the best recourse. However printing names can have legal consequences, and not just to you. However unlikely in actuality.
When I was a madmin ( elsewhere ) it would have been redaction-like-crazy-time.
