I retract my initial comments about casting. I got excited based on an uncited rumor. I’m not _that_ optimistic. A couple of years ago, he produced a limited series continuation of _History of the World, Part I_ that aired on Hulu and it was, I thought, kind of disappointing. I don’t think I ever finished watching it. ---

I might be in the minority here but I found Spaceballs to be painfully unfunny. Saw it when it came out when I was 17 when Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles were what I considered comedy classics at the time. I thought it was awful. ---

For many years, I was part of leadership for a yearly scout meeting for training new boy troop leaders. The agenda always included the yearly watching of _Space Balls_. After a few years of that, I, along with other leaders, figured out it was a good time for a walk. But I’ll certainly watch SB2.
