Hearing all these sob stories is making me sad. It’s time for something more upbeat. Like me, for example. Our house is a very very very fine house. With two cats in the yard\*. Life used to be so hard, now everything is easy. \*We don’t know where they came from, and they won’t go away. And they poop all over everything. I hate those guys! ---

I can’t help thinking about the do-wah-diddy person in the OP. I mean, maybe she’ll want to give you kisses sweet but only for one night with no repeat. Maybe she’ll go away and never call, and a taste of honey is worse than none at all. In _that_ case, you don’t want no part. That would only break your heart. ---
