i tryed to post via my palm & a cell phone from a hiking trail upstate NY. i thouht it worked but don’t see it-so it failed. I decided to try again this time from my low boy throne while i catch up on some other businsss. I hope this works ---

I had to enter my user name and password on the trail - this time they were saved. (actually my password was not correct on the trail which is why I think it failed) I also tried searching for a place to eat via yahoo yellow pages (just to see if I could) from [http://www.yahoo.com](http://www.yahoo.com) and was able to enter all needed info to get the list. - This is going to be a very helpful feature. The one thing I couldn’t do is to logon to the AOL mail site. I recently had gotten my laptop to connect through my cell so when I was on the ambulance and not at a base I could check my mail and such – but I havent tried my palm yet. Do you use palm OS or windows CE? ---

[quote] Endora has a free email and browser for the palm - works very nice - also I have used avantgo but have trouble doing anything other then syncing even though I have been able to view other pages but can’t do it consistantly. Still no luck w/ aol mail. If you subscribe to the VII’s service you should be able to view web pages and email w/o the cellphone. To hook up my palm to my cell I had to get a data cable for my phone and a null modem adapter. I had an extra cradle which I took apart and took out the piece that connects to the palm (no soldering needed - It’s all together - cable and connector) but you could use your cradle. I hooked up the cell data cable to the null modem adapter and that to the palm cable. set up a new connection (it shows you how in hte link below) and was surfing the net on top of a mountain in upstate NY (at 1st) and later in my throne room where I posted. I started about a month ago. Yes I have results nice ones. The Atkins diet was pretty much a natural for me as I love meat and am not so thrilled by sweets. The diet itself is and has to be a lifestyle change. Look at the meat and millet diet (the atkins maintainance diet) - If you can easilly stay on that diet for the rest of your life then go for it. If you will have trouble w/ it - seriosuly consider another diet - either another low carb or conventional - but look at their maintance and ask yourself can you live w/ it. At my heaviest I was over 225lbs and now am 180 and have maintained 170-180 for the last 6 yrs (funny when I got married I gained 10 lbs that I have been unable to loose - I was 170 up to my wedding day and 180 after.) There are many atkins and low carb lists - most are very active - you should do one or more of those. Hardest item to give up was bread followed by fries and soda. As for my poop - I rarely have a problem but people switching to a LC diet report constipation. Bloodwork has alway been fine. Sometimes I feel that someone will find out who I am and piece together all that info and find out a lot about me. They will know exactly how I poop. My prefered way of doing bathroom reasearch would be: 1 - feel the urge 2 - look for reaserch materal and a drink - sometimes those sessions are long and I get thirsty 3 - Hi… Well really Opal has nothing to do w/ my bathroom reaseasch but he might do some on his own. 4 - sit. squeeze relax (as you stated) 5 - Depending on the stink factor and how well the poop went a prelim wipe might be in order along with a flush - all sitting 6 - re-relax if needed and start posting 7 - wipe (after the 1st wipes stand up and finish wiping like a man!) 8 - flush 9 - unclog the toilet if needed. 10 (and this is one that I forget sometimes) take my empty glass with me. Now depending on how things go sometimes I have to post before the poop - but that is mainly when the urge is not that strong and I am really going just to do bathroom research.
