Remember Zan and Jayna? Remember how Gleek was more clever than either of them? Remember all those times on the Superfriends when those bumblers would screw something up, get outwitted by Solomon Grundy, and Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman had to be thinking, “(Expletive)…(Sigh) Those (expletive) Wonder Twins have gotten themselves into another (expletive). Time to bail their sorry (expletives) out again.” Now, it looks like the Wonder Twins are going to get their own movie. :eek: :eek: Geez, is every super hero gonna get their own movie? Hawkman? Green Arrow? Apache Chief? IMHO Apache Chief is far more deserving of his own movie than the Wonder Twins–at least he could do something impressive. My theory on the Wonder Twins is that Wendy, Marvin, and Wonderdog were playing around with some nuclear waste, had an accident, and mutated into Jayna, Zan, and Gleek. That theory would explain two things–why the Wonder Twins are so useless, and why Marvin, Wendy, and Gleek mysteriously disappeared. ---

I don’t see a _Wonder Twins_ movie listed on the Internet Movie Database. Not even as “in production”. Pray tell, **Philosophocles** , whence did you hear about the plans for a _Wonder Twins_ movie? Is there a Website that discusses the plans for this movie, which we could all gaze in dumbstruck silence at? ---

I liked how Jayna’s power was limited by her ability to know the **name** of the animal she wanted to change into. Once, they were fighting this giant mummy, and Jayna decided to turn herself into a huge constrictor snake in order to grapple said giant mummy. They activated their Wonder Twin [TM] powers, and Jayna said: “Shape of … um … what’s that really big constrictor snake called? Um … a garter snake!” … and so she turned into a little bitty snake. 😉 ---

Crush the Superfriends! Which again makes me wonder, why a Wonder Twins movie instead of a Superfriends movie? Licensing issues? If they made a Superfriends movie, with the Legion of Doom and everything, I would be first in line. ---

I’m wondering who the audience for this is supposed to be. Those of us who remember the Wonder Twins are unlikely to be entertained by it, those who might (Very Small Children) won’t know who they are. ---
