Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays Canadians from the swift collection of their mail.

I live in the States, but I already wish I could opt-out of the postal delivery system. I know, I know, I’d lose out on all of those supermarket specials and auto-dealer incentives, but I… I think I could handle it. I already barely (once every semisolstice or so) check the mailbox at one of my places, and it’s always overflowing.

If they made me pick my mail up in a centralized location, my mail would not get picked up. Like many, many peoples’. Deal with it, postal service.

> A standard letter up to 30g is currently $0.63 (~0.59 USD). With this increase, the same letter will cost almost as much as it currently does to send it to the USA.

My apologies, maybe i am missing something, but no standard letter in the US is 1.10 or even .63

… **to** the USA.

Canada Post sucks donkey balls. They treat their employees like shit, they charge ridiculous amounts to mail anything anywhere, and they take forevah to deliver mail. ☹
