I like the smokey version, but my diabetes means I can’t have A1 that often. They used to do a low-carb version back when Atkins and South Beach were The Thing, but we can only find that sporadically now, usually at discount places that are still putting out the 30 pallets their parent store had left over when the fad ended.

A good base, but you need to add something that will caramelize over it.
