So I suppose Cruz will be fine with the Harvey relief bill including strict limitations and oversights so whatever’s done stops right at the high water line and rebuilding to statu quo as of mid-August and no further. ---

Hey guys, I survived the flood too, not that anyone cares. In fact I was planning to regale y’all with dramatic, riveting stories of water rescues amid the fire ant rafts, alligators and exploding chemical plants, except…I haven’t got any. Never even lost power for a minute. Oh, wait. Yesterday I locked myself out of the house and it took the locksmith THREE HOURS to get there due to so many of the roads being blocked. But he finally made it and everything is fine. Other than that, I got nothing. ---
