# Abortion Issue got me sleeping on the Couch

Here’s a notion:

How about each couple works this out for themselves and noone else judges?  
Couch, no couch, cooling off periods, instant make-ups…whatever-it’s your relationship.

just a thought.  
(I tend to need time alone to re-think and hashover and kvetch and think up worst possible scenarios–like how would I feel if hubby died right now and I was still pissed at him etc–but we’ve never not slept in the same bed. Sharing a bed while still pissed at each other is probably worse. There is no “snuggling” then-I’ve been known to elbow him swiftly in the ribs if he tries(if I am still mad) and he has been known to completely shut me out-a catatonic person would be more responsive than him when he’s mad. We’ve been married 18 years, go figure).
