[The Guardian](https://www.theguardian.com/media/2024/nov/14/onion-info-wars-alex-jones) reports about the sale too:

> The purchase includes the acquisition of Jones’s company’s intellectual property, such as its website, customer lists, inventory and certain social media accounts, and the production equipment, according to [CNN](https://www.cnn.com/2024/11/14/business/onion-alex-jones-infowars-auction/index.html). The amount of the bid has not been disclosed.

A list of Jones’ clients in the hands of the Onion, legally purchased, is the funniest thing I have read today. The possibilities are… well, we’ll see. It is the Onion, after all. 🧅
