about my cataract surgery today

I had this procedure in both eyes, one at a time. on the first one, my eye felt fine, even while I slept. The next morning it itched a little bit, so I rubbed it. Nothing that has ever happened to me hurt like that. My eyeball turned into a white hot ball of pain. It was ok again after a few minutes, and as long as I left it alone, did not hurt at all.

I had learned my lesson in one shot, and the second eye went flawlessly

The only thing I remember from my cataract surgery was the doctor telling me to keep my eye still, when I drifted off to sleep and began to snore.

My sister told me that in recovery I asked the dr. when I could ride my bike.
