Generally said when the opposite is intended.Most commonly used by builders & mechanics.

You’ve never dealt with contractors.

Q: You did get the appropriate permits, didn’t you?  
A: Absolutely.

Forward scene to about two weeks, when the guy from the Building and Safety office comes to shut the job site down because the contractor didn’t get the appropriate permits.

I’m locking this one off. Perhaps jaram meant to put this in MPSIMS, or maybe this was a reply in another thread-I can’t tell.
