# Abusive or educational?

This, so much this.

It’s all very well to say that _my_ child would just hurl racial insults back-- number one, in a “re-enactment” of slavery, I would not expect that the “slave” would be allowed to yell equally insulting things back, and number two–if we stick to racially based insults, I’m not convinced they are equally insulting across the board. (And if we don’t stick to racially based insults, we’re really just authorizing bullying in the name of education, and that’s a bad idea).
