Not really. It’s the **SDMB Vanity Search Game!** In [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=199718) thread we took a stab at finding the most boring subject possible, one that was so mundane that no one would open it. You can tell, I’m sure, that **Blonde** was the winner. The game is that if you come across this thread, you must: 1. Say whether you opened it while browsing or if you found it by doing a vanity search and 2. List one or more dopers that might do a vanity search and find this themselves. Wow. Ya fooled me. I actually opened this thread while browsing. I saw **FAS** in the title and thought maybe it had something to do with the [Federation of American Scientists](http://www.fas.org). I knew they tended to keep a close eye on the military, so I thought maybe the thread had something to do with accountability on interesting military projects or something. What can I say, I’m a sucker for a conspiracy theory. For my part, I’ll name the following dopers: **Eve** **Geobabe** **AntaresJB** **Johnny L.A.** And since you brought him up, I’ll say that **Earl Snake-Hips Tucker** has, in my opinion, the coolest SDMB name ever. ---

Opened it while browsing – but knew (well hoped – suspected?) it was the game you mentioned in the OP in the other forum. People we suspect might do vanity searches or just usernames we can think of offhand?
