Whether the sentences are complete is not really the issue, because incomplete sentences can (and usually do) imply their missing parts (which is what we do with parallel structures, to good effect). Rather, the issue here is a total lack of coordination or subordination of ideas, which would form the coherence of something worth reading. Instead, it’s just a gratuitous list of statements, with no larger point. ---
