Acorns and Bacon Salt.
Mangetout, would a package of American acorns be allowed into the UK? If so, I’d be willing to send you some of my naturally mild ones.
I do have Bacon Salt, but that might overpower the acorn, I’ll give it a try with my next batch.
Sorry, I may have to rescind that offer, the squirrels have been active and the ones they have left behind are damaged by some type of insect larvae. I managed to find only 8 acorns worthy of eating.
