Audrey Hepburn is probably equally associated with Eliza Doolittle and Holly Golightly. Is Errol Flynn equal parts Robin Hood and Captain Blood, or only to me? I suppose Robin Hood outweighs Blood for most people. Christopher Lee’s Saruman may be giving Christopher Lee’s Dracula a serious run for the money (although Christopher Lee’s Christopher Lee is pretty damned iconic all on it’s own.) ---

Well, **Superhal** , if you want a 00’s film actor, what about Simon Pegg? I have a top three for him, Shaun, Nicholas Angel, and Scotty. (That’s Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and the new Star Trek.) I’m guessing most people who know who he is but aren’t huge fans would associate him most with Shaun and Scotty. ---

Arnold Schwarzenegger is The Terminator and the Governor of California.😃 Actually, I think he’s pretty much The Terminator, and Arnold Schwarzenegger poking fun at Arnold Schwarzenegger (which would be most of his movies from the late 80’s onwards, and damn if he isn’t better at it than anybody else). Gary Oldman as… well, any two roles of his you might think of. I think he’s almost known more for eliciting a “Holyshit, that’s Gary Oldman!” realization from people because his roles tend to be so different from each other (I mean, he’s Commissioner Gordon, Sirius Black, Zorg, the guy who got off the President’s plane in Air Force One, the bad guy in Leon, and many many others.) Maybe that doesn’t count in regards to what the OP asked for. Christian Bale will always be the crazy rich guy, and Patrick Bateman (and the singing Newsie, but I’m one of that movie’s three fans). Zach Quinto nowadays is known for being Sylar and Spock. Majel Barret is Nurse Chapel, and every computer Starfleet ever used. ---

Too many of these are of people actually well-known for many roles. I’ve been trying to keep it to those known mainly (or exclusively) for only two roles **Bob Keeshan** – Clarabelle the Clown (on Howdy Doody) and Captain Kangaroo **Duncan “Dean” Parkin** – Colonel Glenn Manning in _War of the Colossal Beast_ and Bruce Barton in _The Cyclops_.
